Our Story

A little French shop offering simple yet beautiful everyday housewares, hand crafted collectibles, antiques and so much more! We are a family run small shop that began in 2013 with a little booth in a shop downtown Historic Snohomish, WA. Our home and shop have been featured in the spring 2019 issue of Flea Market Style Magazine, as well as the 2021 Spring issue of Folk Magazine, with other features in the works, we have been ever growing and moving closer to our dreams for this little shop! All of our products reflect the vintage lifestyle that we so love, each piece quality, handcrafted, and made to last. The Maple House Collective is really about a lot more than shopping housewares. It encompasses a lot of the passions that we share as a husband and wife. We love photography, cinematography, writing, antiques, restoration, food, flowers, giving back, art, design and so much more. The idea behind what we do is to help inspire ourselves, and others to create a beautiful and more meaningful life. Everything we sell is carefully curated with the thoughtful buyer in mind. We consider the craftsmanship, aesthetic, and usefulness of each item you see in our collection. These pieces are all ethically sourced with the consideration of Fair Trade & Handmade as our most important priorities. Supporting other small businesses and artisans is what we love most about what we do. Curating a collection spanning many different makers and traditions is really something special, that we are truly proud of. At our monthly markets we partner with some incredible local artisans and farmers to provide our local community with a unique and meaningful shopping experience. For information about in person shopping at our monthly pop up at The Barn, be sure to join our mailing list, follow us on Instagram @TheMapleHouseCo and read our Journal entry: https://www.themaplehouseco.com/post/the-heritage-barn

The shop is just the beginning. The barn is our launching point for several new endeavors, including work shops and classes taught by local artisans and farmers. Stay tuned for more details to come!
